Personal sourcing help from Florida

Hard-to-find auto parts

Have a part number that goes nowhere, an older vehicle, or a repair list that does not fit a simple catalog search? Send what you have. We will check supplier options and help narrow the application.

Start with the part you actually need

We help with mechanical parts and less straightforward applications in addition to our cooling and A/C specialty. Availability depends on the vehicle, part and supplier. A sourcing request does not guarantee that a discontinued or uncommon item is available.

Mechanical replacements

Requests may include starters, alternators, water pumps and other mechanical components. Confirm the diagnosis first. Then share the engine, transmission and equipment details that help identify the replacement.

Part-number searches

An old-part label, manufacturer number or previous invoice can help. Include the complete number and a clear photo; similar numbers and superseded references need careful checking.

Older or unusual applications

Tell us the model year and any known engine swaps or modifications. A VIN describes the vehicle as built and may not identify changed components. Physical details and label photos become especially useful.

Shop repair lists

Send the vehicle details, required parts, quantities and delivery ZIP together. We can review the list and clarify brands, availability and shipping before you decide.

No part number? Use this checklist

  1. Send your VIN or year, make and model. Add engine and trim if known.
  2. Describe the part your technician identified, including its location.
  3. Share clear photos of the part and label if safely accessible.
  4. Tell us about modifications or prior substitutions.
  5. Include your delivery ZIP and contact details.

Do not take apart a hot, moving or pressurized system to get a photo. Missing information is fine—we can tell you what would help next.

Compare the full quote

Before payment, confirm the exact part number, brand, new or remanufactured condition, included components, delivery estimate and total. Ask whether there is a core deposit, and request its return deadline and refund conditions if applicable.

Common questions

Can you guarantee a discontinued part?

No. We check available supplier options and report what can be sourced. Do not treat a category page or initial inquiry as confirmed stock.

Is a similar-looking part enough?

No. Dimensions, connectors, mounting and application notes can differ. We use your vehicle information and part details to check the proposed option.
