Buying an A/C compressor?

Do not order a compressor alone expecting warranty coverage. Contact us before purchase to confirm the related components and installation requirements for a warranty-eligible repair. A compressor-only order and a complete kit are different purchases.

Ask for the exact supplier’s written requirements, including any required replacement parts, oil specification, system preparation and proof of installation. The required combination depends on the compressor and vehicle.

Radiator and condenser warranties

Our suppliers offer warranties on radiators and condensers. The length, eligibility and remedy depend on the exact product and supplier. Before you pay, ask us to identify who provides the warranty and to supply the applicable written terms.

  • Coverage period, start date and any mileage limit.
  • Covered defects and whether the remedy is repair, replacement or another stated remedy.
  • Installation requirements, exclusions and documentation needed for a claim.
  • Whether labor, fluids, diagnosis, shipping or related costs are covered.
  • What coverage applies to a replacement part.

Do not assume every item carries a lifetime warranty or that the part warranty includes the complete repair bill.

Need to return an unused part?

Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns can depend on the item, condition and supplier. Eligible change-of-mind returns carry a 10% restocking fee, calculated on the returned item price before tax and shipping. Return-label cost is additional at the actual carrier rate, confirmed with you before the label is issued. These return costs are not charged as part of your purchase today. Confirm item eligibility, the request window and return-by deadline before purchasing.

Keep the original packaging, labels, accessories and protective caps. Tell us whether the part has been installed, painted, modified or damaged. Ask us for the correct return address and whether a return label can be arranged, including its cost.

Damage, a wrong item or a fitment concern

Inspect your delivery and compare the replacement with the old part before installation. If something appears wrong, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the part, label, packaging and the mismatch or damage. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Do not modify a questionable part to make it fit. A damaged or incorrectly supplied item needs a separate review from an ordinary change-of-mind return.

How to ask for help

  1. Send your order or invoice number and the exact part number.
  2. Include the vehicle details and a short description of the issue.
  3. Attach relevant photos and any installation records you have.
  4. Wait for the applicable return or warranty instructions before sending the part.

Shipping, cancellations and core deposits

Confirm availability, shipping cost and the estimated delivery window for your part and ZIP before paying. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel; whether an order can be stopped depends on its fulfillment status and the applicable terms.

If your part has a core deposit, ask for the amount, acceptable core condition, return deadline, shipping responsibility and refund process before purchase. Keep all order documents.

Keep the product-specific terms

This page explains how to obtain help and the fee for eligible change-of-mind returns. It does not replace your product-specific written warranty or establish one coverage period for every part. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
