How Easy Parts Online uses your information

Price checks, requests and orders

We use the VIN, vehicle details, requested part, quantity and delivery ZIP you provide to identify compatible options, check supplier prices and availability, and prepare a quote. VIN decoding and supplier searches send the relevant vehicle and part details to the services used for that lookup, including NHTSA and our suppliers. Help requests also send your name, contact details and notes to Easy Parts so a specialist can respond. Checkout uses your name, email, phone and delivery address to process and support the order.

Services that process information

Squarespace hosts the website; Cloudflare runs our lookup services. Email requests and order notifications use email service providers, including Resend. Stripe processes online checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Enter card details only in the secure payment page, never in chat or a parts request. Delivery details may be shared with the supplier or carrier to fulfill your order.

Zoomy and outside contact services

Zoomy is an AI assistant. Chat messages and the conversation context needed to answer them are processed using OpenAI services. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents in chat. AI replies can be wrong; a specialist confirms fitment and order details. If you choose WhatsApp, email or phone, those services also process the information you send under their own terms.

Cookies, advertising and preferences

The site uses browser storage for features such as language and the help launcher position. Website services and Google advertising tags may process browser, device and visit information, including cookies or similar identifiers, to operate the site and measure visits or advertising responses. Use the website cookie controls where available and your browser settings to manage storage and tracking. Blocking them can affect some features.

Marketing and your requests

Optional deals signup is separate from requesting a price or buying a part. Use the unsubscribe option in a message or contact us to stop marketing. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be kept for orders, accounting, disputes or other applicable requirements. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
